14-Day Returns for Damaged Goods

Evidence of Damage: To expedite the return process, we may request photographic evidence of the damaged item. Please email clear pictures of the damaged product to selisdesignandco@gmail.com.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

Refund Process: Upon receiving your return request and verifying the provided evidence of damage, we will process your return and initiate a refund. You can expect your refund to be issued within 10 business days, depending on your original payment method.
